1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Khumasi app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service description

Khumasi is a platform connecting players with five-a-side pitch owners to facilitate bookings. We provide the technical intermediary only; the actual service (the pitch) is provided by the owner.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials confidential. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

4. Bookings

A booking is an agreement between you and the pitch owner; your request is sent and confirmed by the owner. Requests may be rejected or cancelled based on availability. Khumasi does not guarantee any slot's availability and is not liable for post-booking disputes.

5. Owner responsibilities

The owner is responsible for the accuracy of their pitch details, prices, and times, and for honoring confirmed bookings. Keeping the pitch listed requires an active subscription.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Providing false information or impersonation.
• Misusing the app or harassing users.
• Any unlawful use.

7. Subscriptions & payments

Pitch owners pay a monthly subscription to list their pitch, currently arranged via support. Any booking fees are paid directly between the player and the owner outside the app unless stated otherwise.

8. Content & intellectual property

All rights to the app, its brand, and designs belong to Khumasi. Content you upload (such as photos) remains your responsibility, and you grant us the right to display it within the service.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it is error-free, and we are not liable for pitch quality or safety, or any damage arising from using the service, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We may update them from time to time, showing the last-updated date.
