Delete your account from the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

1. Open the Khumasi app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab (or "My Pitch" for owners).
3. Tap Delete Account Permanently.
4. Confirm — your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request via WhatsApp support with your registered phone number, and we will complete it within 7 days at most.

What gets deleted

• Your account data (name, phone, email, profile photo).
• All your bookings and chat messages.
• For owners: the pitch data and images linked to the account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
